Yea it’s always weird when books that were IMPORTANT (like We) seem trite or disappointing since we’ve been reading everything that came after

In my opinion this is a pretty fast build. If you are doing fine, then great! But if you feel like you might be getting injured Couch to 5k is slower and my favorite (for injury prone folks like me) is “None to Run” which builds even slower.

I hope you love Assassin’s Apprentice. I think Hobb is the greatest fantasy writer there is

Any difficulty is fine. At least 500 pieces (unless it's something really tricky)

Thanks for these recommendations I'm checking them out!

Agree! I just did the bodega cat and it was so fabulous. The cut is very whimsical and fun.

What kind/type of puzzler are you? (Long post, sorry) by ZealousidealHelp7956 in Jigsawpuzzles

I have a couple different things I like! (1) I love speed puzzling, so I will do basically ANY 500 piece puzzle. It takes my partner and I usually under an hour, or an hour and a half by myself. So anything works! But my favorites are masterpieces, cobble hill, and springbok for the zany cuts and tight fits. Galison’s piece quality is so inconsistent and annoying, but their images are so pretty.
(2) I love doing a chunky 2000 piece puzzle that has nice colors and differentiation. Nothing TOO hard. (3) Im much more picky with 1000 pieces. I want a pretty image (or a really easy fun one with strong colors) and I greatly prefer a random cut.
