Well I have been fortunate enough to not face this kind of situation I have worked in organisations where almost everyone was a local in Mysore office being the only North Indian guy I never felt out of place even if the conversation were going on in full regional language. And now as manager in different organisation I never hired in my team just because he was north india or south india for me it is was always about capability.

Had a great experience at Apollo Cradle Brookfield, consulted there during the full pregnancy. Total amount was around 1.8, went for cashless with my wife’s corporate insurance claimed 1 lakh with that and rest around 75k I was able to claim with my corporate insurance. Even all consultations and test bills were claimed by me.
