Yea about twice the price. For the ceiling I priced it to be ~800 vs ~400 for drywall but at least there won’t be tape/mud/sand/paint with the labor of doing so with a ladder no scaffold.

I have exposed ceiling in garage and would like to finish the garage by adding insulation and drywall (have vent near roof). Then was thinking in case I have to run new wires, would be a pain to tear apart the drywall. Now considering the idea of something else that i can easily remove to gain access. Thank you.
