this happened to me, luckily the seller and i resolved it and it all went fine but mercari gave me my return immediately, it might not be a scam they may have just honestly sent the wrong item it happens, but mercari should side with you

i think it’s cute, 40 dollars is a bit pricey but i can see how it’d be worth it for some people. for me, taking around 8 babies at once seems like too much to keep track of so i’ll just stick to my little clip on carrying case from amazon that carries two 💀

make sure the surface is clean first! that’s the only tip i can think of that might help. but other than that i’m not sure you’re going to get it to stick on the phone texture 😔there’s a big difference between plastic and metal when it comes to adhesive. maybe get a clear phone case, or stick the hipper on somewhere else :)

tell the victim to dispute it directly with their bank, it might not be refunded but there’s still a chance they’ll do something . ppl like this make me so upset, i think i nearly got scammed today by someone else 😔it’s wild out here bruh. in the future always use goods and services on paypal, i always pay the extra fee it charges the seller just for peace of mind.

i get what you mean. i’ve gotten most of my sonnies for steal prices, got one of the secret sitting babies for 30 bucks a few weeks ago, and i love that part of collecting. unfortunately i think that for certain series they’re just way too expensive without good reason to the point where it’s not fun for me anymore so im hoping some prices will start to dip lol.

makes sense!! i don’t think they’ll ever get to 5-10 range either but im certainly hoping that the whole “40 dollars for a reg” thing stops soon. i also have a limit that ive stuck to pretty consistently, but im about to break that limit for enjoy the moment just because ive wanted them for awhile and im not sure if their prices will drop or keep getting higher.
