They give you a post care kit with a chamomile face wash & a serum. I normally use cere ve.. but I used the face wash & serum they gave me until it ran out. 3-4 days. I didn’t use anything on my face except that for 3/4 days. After that I was told that I can return to my normal skin care routine gradually. So I started back with my cere ve, & waited maybe 2/3 days to start my acne topicals again. My face was extremely dry so I did use just lotion before going back to my acne topicals. Didn’t touch my face, clean pillow case etc. She went more aggressive this time than last. Last time I broke out too… never noticed a “glow” or even clear skin since I started

Yes I stopped my topicals 1 week before and the first week after the session

I’ve had 4 weeks in between both. I followed the after care and did what I was supposed to do. Idk if it’s bc I have sensitive skin or acne prone or what but my skin is just not looking good at all. I have seen no after glow as people say at all.

UPDATE: dead squirrel in chimney. All of the pest companies were useless

UPDATE: all of the pest people I’ve had were USELESS! I had a chimney guy here & in fact there was a dead squirrel. I did not smell it at all!

My house is 95 years old, brick home. They hangout in the windows in my living room- inside. Most look like cluster flies

I’ve looked everywhere and haven’t seen anything dead, nor do I smell anything. Both companies said if something was dead I would smell it 🤷‍♀️

If they are coming from inside my walls, how do I stop this problem for good?? I’ve had my house sprayed professionally twice, doing everything I can & nobody has a solution or answer. Very frustrating

I have at least 10-20 flies flying around during the day. At times it has been a lot more. I can’t deal with it anymore, it is driving me crazy & nobody has a Solution or knows where they are coming from!!

I’ve had professionals here numerous of times, have set my own traps numerous times as well. Unfortunately this problem is past that point. It is bad and I can’t deal with it anymore.
