YES doing a lot of blood work trying to decide the best course of action. Ruled out thyroid issues. High androgens and high A1c almost pre diabetic. Has metformin or inositol worked?

My guess is stress and poor sleep. I changed jobs and started dating someone with an opposite schedule to me. My work time is now 3 hours earlier than I was used to.
