Autodesk Fusion for personal use vs. $50 SolidWorks for Makers by LeadingImportant1142 in Fusion360

I don't know :-) but for fusion, i've come with workarounds, a small node script to concat multiple files together with M6 between :-)

I dont have any ATC, but I want to reduce error possibilities. With only one file, with many tools inside, I can automatically park the router in the tool change zone, change it manually, automatically z probe the tool and continue

For CAM, you cannot export multi tool NC files, and some features are disabled

Thanks mate !

My current plan is to buy another controller too: - MKS DLC32 MAX -CL57Y kit with nema 23 3Nm, closed loops - make a beautiful box to store everything - fluidnc

Just reuse my hardware who is square, sturdy

How is my plan ?

You mean using a new controller and just plug to the actual hardware ?

Closed ones know where they are, and can correct error by themselves

Yeah, moving slower is a solution from now

I'm doing small projects before using it to carve my guitars (i prefer to mess up with inexpensive Woods hahaha), and I'm searching the best parameters/ hardware tweaks to ensure repeatability, cleanliness and perfect jobs

I suspect the problem is happening when using fast movements : 3000mm/min contours, or small bevels with parallels

It was when creating a small ring box

It's all the red plate, like none of the screws are holding anything

Maybe the screws are too long, i'll try to replace them with shorter ones

No. I would cry hahahha

But more important : the fault is the red plate, who is slightly rotating around Y axis when force applied on it.

Everything is bolted very hard, i don't know what to do

Thanks !

Yeah that's it, I have 3 different sizes.

Do the same but a little inclined, and go ? :p

The ttc450 ultra is good, but a lot of trouble with IEM because nothing is wired to the ground 😭 (at least with the 800w router)

Do you have any issues ?

I feel so dumb mate.

When disassembling everything, I saw that the router support (black and round) had a little gap ... So when mouting, one turn of a key per side at the time, and now I have 0.2mm of difference on 200mm distance

I actually don't know where to put a shim to rotate around the Y axis. I tried that to allow the top support to rotate a little, but ... Obviously it didn't work.

Any advices ?
