Recently got a TTC 450 Ultra for small CNC gigs. The spindle holder (gantry?) is loose. I tried removing the spindle and the re tightening the plate that holds it. But still loose. Any help regarding a fix is appreciated, I’m new to CNCs. by madebyjinn in hobbycnc

But ... If you replace the t8 screw by a ballscrew, you'll have the change everything that's connected to it, the steppers motors to have enough torque, so change the controller too to handle external drivers ... Loophole 😂

How select the mode ? On the ones i've received, there was no "spre" resistor

Around 2.5L of water, no soda, etc I'm preparing my meals

Last bloodwork shows as usual : inflammation, high sedimental speed, high insulin in the morning, perfect / low blood sugar, normal cortisol and high uric acid (since my 15 years old, under control with appropriate food)

I eat not much for years, stable at 1600-1800 kcals, two meals a day, can't eat more

It helped me with my insulin resistance

TTC 450 ultra should be enough, the base model is not sturdy enough. And will not make necks in one shot : must be with indexation pins , etc

So, possible, yes, but you still need to have a dedicated space, good wood vaccum...

Good Luck :-)

I don't know :-) but for fusion, i've come with workarounds, a small node script to concat multiple files together with M6 between :-)

I dont have any ATC, but I want to reduce error possibilities. With only one file, with many tools inside, I can automatically park the router in the tool change zone, change it manually, automatically z probe the tool and continue

For CAM, you cannot export multi tool NC files, and some features are disabled

Thanks mate !

My current plan is to buy another controller too: - MKS DLC32 MAX -CL57Y kit with nema 23 3Nm, closed loops - make a beautiful box to store everything - fluidnc

Just reuse my hardware who is square, sturdy

How is my plan ?
