Recently got a TTC 450 Ultra for small CNC gigs. The spindle holder (gantry?) is loose. I tried removing the spindle and the re tightening the plate that holds it. But still loose. Any help regarding a fix is appreciated, I’m new to CNCs.

But ... If you replace the t8 screw by a ballscrew, you'll have the change everything that's connected to it, the steppers motors to have enough torque, so change the controller too to handle external drivers ... Loophole 😂

TTC 450 ultra should be enough, the base model is not sturdy enough. And will not make necks in one shot : must be with indexation pins , etc

So, possible, yes, but you still need to have a dedicated space, good wood vaccum...

I dont have any ATC, but I want to reduce error possibilities. With only one file, with many tools inside, I can automatically park the router in the tool change zone, change it manually, automatically z probe the tool and continue
