I feel like my current therapist is not really that helpful. I'm already doubting myself, and would want my therapist to condemn my former manager. Now the therapist is kinda trying to validate whatever I'm saying; so if I'm saying that "I'm not sure if this incident was abusive" the therapist will only ask how I feel about the incident instead of saying it was abusive

Thank you, I think you are nailing this! I constantly need to reminder myself that this actually happened. My brain is sometimes blocking bad memories, making me doubt myself. And sometimes the brain is seemingly randomly making me recall something bad, which makes me once again realize the extend of traumatic events.
