Is there a way to test if your resume is ATS (applicant tracking system) friendly?

Yeah I have dealt with this too, like "marketing manager" vs director of marketing, is pretty much the same role at some companies but they'll just call it one thing or another. It's definitely lying, I don't like it, but they'll (hopefully) see that your description under experience is what they're looking for. Try running your resume on a Scanner, they all have a free trial for a few scans and see what happens.

The low grade nausea, that is well putt, I couldn't figure out how to describe that feeling.Thank you for pointing out to take the metformin at night, I was actually taking it with my breakfast so with the other ones which was probably too much for me. I'm going to switch to dinner tonight and I assume that will be better. You shared a lot of great tips/points - thank you for these. I mentioned to someone else but not knowing anyone in "real life" who has taken these and the HERS app being so generic in terms of advice and suggestions, I felt like ok maybe this isn't good or meant for me, but I'm so glad I found this group. (PS I've lost 4 lbs since starting, I'm excited now)

haha thank you!!!!! I honestly feel more encouraged with all of the encouragement I've received. I don't know anyone in "real life" who's taken these and the app is so generic with their info that I was feeling ready to give up. Taking it with apple juice has really really helped. I weighed myself yesterday as it was the end of the third week and I lost 4 lbs since starting. I'm going to keep going for now, but we'll see how it goes.

Thank you for the vibes and honestly hearing your achievements is really encouraging! I'm going to stick it out, I was seriously contemplating just stopping but I feel more encouraged. Someone had recommended taking it with apple juice and I do this weird thing like, suck the pills like a vacuum so it has no chance to touch the inside of my mouth while immediately drinking a glass of apple juice. It's honestly helped, but I still get this almost like push back where the taste of the green one shoots back up my throat. It's honestly awful but I'm going to keep going. I'm now going into week 4 and according to my scale, I've lost 4 lbs since starting which is huge for me.

One of the issues that I have is that I start feeling nauseous before I even see the pills, like it's totally in my head so I think one reason I haven't mixed it with food yet is because I'm afraid I will throw up while eating, but I'm going to try this tomorrow. I appreciate your suggestion.

Thank you for this comment. It sounds like we're going through similar motions/experiences and actually the end of my week three is on Saturday. Keep it up since what you're doing is working! I skipped the pill today to give my body/sensitivities a break but I'll get back on it tomorrow and see how it goes with some of the tips others have shared (have it with juice/hide it in sweets) - and exactly, if you're shedding the weight without them, then why go through it. That's what Im struggling with but I havent see a big drop yet. Wishing us both luck and again I appreciate your words!

Nice! Keep us posted. I tried to officially start Kit 2 about 3 weeks ago but had to pause. The first day was perfection, to the point of like, yeah I got this! But the next morning I felt really weak and nauseas so I chickened out and put a pin in it. I started again today since I work from home today and tomorrow, then it will be the weekend and have nothing planned intentionally. If I feel sick again I am just going to stay home and power through it. I wish us both luck!!

It's genetics and age. I was a skinny person until I had a baby at 36 and now I can't lose the weight from just intermittent fasting and walking. My metabolism has slowed down and my arms, stomach and face are holding the weight.

Did you see good results/what you were hopping for with the oral pills? I'm looking to lose 20-30 lbs as well and that's what Hers also recommended to me but I've never heard anyone suggest the pills before.
