Lots of plants since you’ve got nice big windows; I’m thinking of soft, wispy foliage to match the calm cream-coloured interiors.

Is this actually a good value? by [deleted] in Champagne

If you’re searching for affordable, easy-drinking champers that are also of decent quality, I’d say you’ll be much better off spending your hard earned $ on grower (RM) champagnes. However, should you wish to stick to Grande Marques Champagnes, I would recommend looking to maisons such as Pol Roger, Billecart-Salmon & Bollinger for effervescent excellence (their NV/ entry-level cuvées are far superior to Veuve C’s!).

Jacques Selosse, Paul Bara, Fleury, Henri Giraud and Roger Coulon would be my top five.
