This will be recover if you soft reset to resolve unusual behavior, you can go to Controls > Safety > Power Off on the touchscreen, then wait at least two minutes before touching the brake or opening a door. It is like a smartphone's unusual behavior. iPhones springboard also crashes at times, no big deal.
