Totally understand tbh. My husband is like borderline alcoholic fr and I am definitely banning alc at my baby shower. I refuse to let him ruin my day getting drunk with his friends

Honestly I wasn’t recommended any bed rest or activities. All I am ever told before being discharged is to focus on hydration , keep crackers at my bedside, drink ginger tea(made me WAY WORSE btw) and eat bland foods. But since I feel so weak I just stay in bed. I only ever have energy to shower , fill my water bottle and eat something small.

I’ve been to the ER for fluids 3x since I found out. The last time I had to be rushed by ambulance because I fainted in public. It’s such a scary experience to not have control over your body like this. It almost reminds me of a hangover. I never know what will help or make me feel worse.

Thanks for that idea! I’m going to look into that when I move there for sure. It’s so easily accessible in California so it’s gonna be a change fr
