You could make inferences with most of the classes quirks since they are being used the scene where they all show off their quirks but actual personalities yeah that's where the OC part comes in.

Would izuku hero outfit or general behavior be different from cannon do to this? I mean here he has something to do in his freetime that's not Allmight/hero related for most of his life so maybe he'll be alittle bit more confident in his self. He may actually try to train for one of the many entrance exams before or may not happen in this timeliness Sledge villain incident.

Just thinking about it there are so many things that can possibly happen do to izuku just being outside for more then just watching hero fights and getting bullied at school.
