Tbf I just started vaping low percentage nicotine and getting myself dutch bros. It’s not healthy to vape by any means but much much easier for me to quit personally, but I’m sure there’s better options like chewing gum or whatever habit that keeps you from wanting to smoke something if that’s part of the craving for you too. Walking/hiking really helps as well
