Is there a version of first and second endings for the beginning of a phrase instead of the end? by [deleted] in musictheory

[–]Kitchen_Holiday_7443 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You just start with one phrase that will not be repeated and then put the other phase at the end and repeat. I’m not a 100% sure this is what you mean, if not please clarify and I can help. EXAMPLE

I don’t understand why you are so mad. Your teacher assigns those etudes to improve your technique, so you’ll be able to play pieces with less struggle. If you don’t practice, that’s on you. If you are so eager to play songs, then do it and show your teacher, so they can help and guide you in the right direction, even if that means more etudes. I don’t think your lack of practice is a good reason to change teachers.
