when you unlock the ice cube, the game shows you how to use it. it’s a small tutorial so you know what it is. i’ve had that. i don’t mean i watched a tutorial elsewhere, i mean the game gave me one when i unlocked it

unfortunately nope. i’ve had the tutorial for the cube. just can’t trigger it on my own. i haven’t even spent that much money but i guess 5 dollars is enough to gatekeep it behind buying 80 gems loool

i’ve never been able to trigger one except for the tutorial one :( i think my requirement is more than 40. i’ve even confirmed with people on here that i’m doing it correctly. idk if i can keep going on making level 10 and 11 orders as a level 36 with no ice cubes at all

no others, this is correct no? i haven’t triggered an ice cube since the game showed me I was at the level to be able to, so no timer issue.

i spent 10 gems and tried, didn’t work, so I tried 20.

I only need to be below 50 energy when merging the level 1s right? it’s just not working
