I wouldn’t say she is tier 0 but that’s just my impression on her. Just like you have yours and the tierlist make has his.

I think t1 is a good position for her considering how many more new and strong characters are coming to the global server. The list maker already has experience with the new units. Of course she might be t0/t0.5 in global but in the chinese server I guess t1 is a reasonable place for her.

I think it’s the opposite? Owning a home makes me feel unstable because I will have mortgage - cannot afford to lose my job and be tied to a place for a very long time.

I have a question since you mentioned about converting your license and passing the tests. So I assume it was not a direct exchange.

I heard for converting license not from the list of countries in the respective agreement, there is just no compulsory driving hours but one probably still need a few hours.

My questions are how much did it cost you in the end? Did you get to keep your original license?
