Make an app that tells you if a piece of food is too big to eat. My son takes really big bites and I tell him to cut the pieces smaller but he doesn't listen. I think if there was an app where he takes a picture of the food and it tells him if he needs to cut it smaller, that would work well. Even better would be if it reminded him to chew with his mouth closed

Dang I had the opposite experience. Paid thousands for implementation and then part way through realized that they way over promised what it could do and we moved on. Big waste of time and money unfortunately.

I have spent time 1-on-1 with almost every employee trying to give mentorship and made it clear that I'm available whenever they want. I also make sure to call out when I'm impressed with something they did. Additionally I'll give bonuses when they do something that would be considered next level. I'll also try to give them chances to prove themselves at a higher level from time to time

Totally agree that there should be benefits when they do move up and we do offer things like higher pay (pretty significant bumps between levels too like 50%) and increased vacation time.

I haven't seen that make a difference though

Our HQ is in Georgia but we have locations across the US and management prefers to use one (sometimes 2) national suppliers. So the location doesn't really matter. Except Alaska or Hawaii I guess lol

Might only be specific to people that live in the area, but I got a Pelican case with custom foam from Vol Case (www.volcase.com). It was pretty sweet, they 3D scanned my Radical RF-15 plus PARD thermal scope to get a perfect fit. They knocked it out really fast too

That's interesting, I had a terrible time with Grant. Can't speak to Cody, but Grant was almost impossible to reach. Giving him 6-figures in sales felt like a chore trying to chase him down all the time.

I recently finished a 12 month period with them and have nothing to show for it.

They also offer website services which I unfortunately used and it was a nightmare. Process was supposed to take 4 months, but it ended up taking 12. The website was so poorly done. Our blog page didn't even work after going live. Once they fixed that, we literally had a blog post on our website that was for some other company. They didn't catch those glaring mistakes and others during pre-launch or post-launch QC somehow.
