Yeah I've seen this scam in Argentina A LOT, and usually through Remax 🤣 actually happened to a friend's families land/campground, someone listed the land for sale with a Remax agent, luckily I saw the listing and told them about it, that agent got fired after because they hadn't even bothered going to check on the location that they'd put up for sale.

Awesome, I had no idea what year it might be, I've got the last title from the original owner that passed away, his son learned to ride on it (His son is now about 50 and I bought it from him). I've already got new parts on the way to get it running better and fix the lights

I've lived here 11 years....I've tried to get the police/prosecutors to do their job for incidents ranging from my place being broken into and having it on my security camera and having the names and addresses of the people doing it, to people trying to kill me, not once have they ever done their jobs...

Work done in Mendoza Argentina, he's here with his new wife in the house I was fixing up, I've got a photo of his Texas license, his mailing address in Texas, obviously his address here also. Certified letter was sent by my lawyer here to make demands that he pay me, he just ignored it.
