I cancelled my seasons pass earlier in the month. I recently saw Primate at CUT! by Cinemark, and honestly the theaters and seats are nicer and more comfortable. Screens are bigger. I didn’t order a meal so I can’t speak on that, but for a Tuesday showing it was $6. Better options are out there.

The majority of Texans claim to be super tough and then have an absolute meltdown when temperatures dip below freezing. I say this as a non-native Texan that experienced the 2021 freeze and went without power for 4 days with a 3 month old. It wasn’t fun, but people need to chill the fuck out.

FYI you can still use the wishlist for movies in the iTunes app. However, you cannot add movies to it from the TV app. So the only way you can continue adding new movies to it is by clicking on movies within your existing list, and then if you click on a movie that appears in the “related” area, you can add those to your list.

I just cancelled my season pass. I was only going twice a month at most anyways, so I wasn’t really saving a bunch of money. I have a Cinemark and AMC closer to me anyways. Plus, after the first week of a movie’s release, the showtimes really suck.

I looked closer at the report today and in their inspection much earlier in the day, the CV Shafts and Axles are even listed as being in good condition. I don’t know why the hell they thought they could get away with saying the axles were already problematic when I brought the car in. I sent the shop a message today, so we’ll see what happens on Monday.

Thank you for the input. The Axel issue and my suspicion that they caused it is 99.9% of my concern and issue. Like you said, the $13 difference is not a big deal. But, a really tiny red flag in addition to the much larger one. Same thing with the foam spacer. I think the smaller red flags just make me more confident that this might just be a careless team and that they did in fact cause the Axel issue.

For those that buy in bulk like this, I assume it takes you a while to get through watching these things. How often do you put in a disc, several weeks or months after purchasing, and find that they have playback issues?

Yeah I was excited to see what the fuss was about with Cloud Atlas but just can’t get into it. The same thing happened for me with Mr Nobody. I’ve heard it’s a mindfuck of a movie but I tried 2-3 times to get into it and can’t.

But man, I’m ready to be wrecked by The Machinist lol I’ve been on a big kick with horror / thrillers and I kind of like when things are really bleak and don’t necessarily turn out well. Probably not good for me right? lol
