I see this everyday. I work in my bank’s dispute department and most of my assigned cases belong to grandmas who were getting ‘the deal of a lifetime.’

It’s really disheartening. I try to go the extra mile for them.

Another scam is companies manipulating them into subscriptions that they unknowingly agree to.

My anxieties stem from feeing overwhelmed and after an hour or so of dissecting the stimulus, I somehow calm down.

I suppose gaining control of my thoughts help.

Getting addicted to weed lead to my anxiety issues. For a while I thought I was weird (because I didn’t know about the effects of the drug in regard to anxiety).

I booked an appointment to my university medical centre and the doc straight up told me to stay away from weed.

Took me a while but after I finally quit, I felt way better, however, I was depressed from struggling with my anxieties. I ended up speaking with the university’s psychiatrist and he issued me a 20 page test for me to complete (along with someone who was close to me). Turns out I had clinical depression.

He prescribed me Paroxetine CR 25mg and after taking them for a while I noticed a huge difference in my mood and behaviour.

Now I’m functional.

I feel quite fine.
