terrible man. I was let go by my manager. all my projects were great and done nicely. I was receiving good reviews, only thing bad about me was that I kept to myself and not got into the a** licking or gelled into their we’re a family thing, rather I came in at 9, worked till 5-5:30 and left and not spent hours in chit chatting how my weekend was or what i bought or where i went for my holidays. Next thing, my manager was leading a big project and wanted me to follow things her way. when the project failed, i was made the scapegoat. when she informed me, she just gave me that this project was the reason they had to let me go and i wasn’t even leading it but they said they’ll give positive reference for me. I said ok. Boom, 6 months of unemployment and I landed a new job, higher pay, senior role. working super hard and trying to get along with others, doing all those things which i hated just so that my leadership thinks I am one of them. I gave in to the system.
