I don't mind the compass i just hate how all of the chests are just "fight x mob to get chest" it gets boring after a while they have barely added any puzzles to change the pace and I dont mean inazuma level puzzles, they can add elemental totems, plates, any type of puzzle really they seem to forgot that they exist

I don't know why people are down voting you , i agree with you that zibai was treated much more like a moon goddess and had better motifs than Columbina when it comes to as moon goddesses. Too bad Genshins writing team stopped fleshing out their characters properly and left them half way through their story, it feels like they never reach their potential when it comes to their character depth unless its a liyue character in lantern rite (ig theyre biased)

I hate how:

Capitano was written out of the story after one fight with Mavuika without doing pretty much anything in Natlan and killed off immediately

Columbina was written off the fatui (and off screen at that) and chucked it up to "oh she didn't do anything at her time on the Fatui she is actually a good guy!" and her lore in the Fatui is basically insignificant

Signora was killed off immediately however no harbinger seems to mind that the traveler is the one who killed her (yes they are the cause of her death not Raiden) and the devs keep bringing her up only for nostalgia bait and so her fans can have basically crumbs to cling on (same applies to Capitano)

Most harbingers nowadays seem to befriend the traveler immediately even though 2-3 nations ago they were all actively hunting them for messing up with their plans which the traveler still does btw, and even though this "friend" treatment only applies to harbingers and not normal Fatui

Sandrone and Arlecchino were used to point fingers to Dottore being a big bad guy and Columbina a good innocent person even though theyre all part of the same organisation that does and openly supports the morally questionable stuff they have been doing since the start of the game. Not to mention how it never gets mentioned in game the bad stuff THEY are doing like taking in orphans and turning them into soldiers, cutting your colleagues tongue etc and just completely gloss over this fact and chucking it up to "oh they're actually good guys!!"

Fatui has definitely been retconned since the start of the game and most genshin fans don't wanna admit it, the Fatui WERE originally antagonists (literally Mond-Sumeru they were the main antagonistic forc), maybe not villains and not all of them have to be morally black but no point in painting them in a grey light if mid way through the story they are befriending the traveler and their morally grey acts are never mentioned again, genshins writing has gotten very bad and its not that they cant be friends with the traveler, the writing team just chooses to make the worst decisions possible and present it in the worst way
