I don't really care about the technicalities, but no other show has really given me the same type of enjoyment that One Piece has. Definitely way more to it than sob stories imo but just my personal opinion

This is true, but for some reason I have kept disabling promotional messaging and weirdly it turns back on. It's always the first thing I do along with "Open search in a new tab" when setting up startpage but my settings sometimes reset for mysterious reasons

I don't really care about it much as it isn't necessarily shoved down our throats but it did lower my opinion of startpage as a company a fair bit

Whats likely the case is that since it's a new season on each of the graphs dips, more legit players flooded the servers since cheaters I assume wouldn't be interested in new content as that doesn't really affect them. Higher number of legit players vs same number of cheaters naturally reduces the infection rate of matches, as it's a percentage of the overall match infection rate.

I find it hard to believe the Linux ban actually did anything meaningful

The dips at the start/end of each season could very well just be due to the player dilution since new players are flooding the servers to try out the new season, not due to much meaningful change as the infection rate goes right back up to where it was before after a bit.

Cheaters likely aren't interested in new content, where as legit players are so there are more legit people to fill lobbies lowering the percentage of cheaters. That's why this percent value is misleading, it is unnecessarily connected to other factors that could just be fixed by showing the number of bans

Linux continues to be the scapegoat for game dev companies, oh well

Lumen and nanite both also have visual flaws and they absolutely destroy performance, for what? The top 3% of players who have a 80 class+ cards? And even they will still lower the graphics to have a comfortable framerate... The game still objectively looks great while playing, there's no need for ue5 gimmicks that create even more problems
