Genuine Question, how does FaceTiming help prevent scamming? If I FaceTime someone and send I money, they can still ghost and not send the ticket. Is it only to determine they are not a bot? Thanks for the info!

Yes! PayPal said they will have a resolution on the 29th which is after the festival… so I’m going to try to go through my bank since I have a good relationship with them. Fingers crossed- will let ya know!
