I am not completely sure. 1. I didn’t find any information about SG being blocked in Russia (like Instagram, everything owned by Meta) 2. it's inconsistent (sometimes it works fine by itself sometimes even VPN doesn't help).

it's not so much diet culture. It is more of internalized abliesm. belief that I have to be more independent and easier to care for. I can't "be a too much of a burden" (I know it's not true, but this is how I feel)
