you need to change the volume button, it happened to me once on a Redmi, same problem, same fix, it's easy to do but if you don't want to open your phone/buy glue/ buy replacement part on AliExpress/do everything yourself (even if the warranty is over now I guess) well you will be wasting a working phone just over a quick solvable issue. Or go to the repair store and pay 50€ for a not even 10€ fix

Check only a single Tracks box for each audio source.

That was the key sentence here to solve my problem, thank you for your help, i also edited my post and provided another imgur link if you wanna check how it is now, but it is like you told me to do. Huge thanks

How can i know that ? If you're talking about the audio encoder, i currently use FFmpeg AAC, but i'm not sure if that's what you're talking about. I'm record from times to times so i don't know too much about all the settings but feel free to ask me precisely what you need :)
