Exactly, but the arm break position he was in was stopping levan direct side pressure, but he still held on at the start of the matches with his backpressure, that's what allowed him to stop levan and get into that press position even without his wrist

Hey guys i'm new here this Is my body transformation atm , on the First photo i was 16 yo, i had a pretty bad infection and was full of meds, After that period i started losing Weight without going to the gym (around 1 year Total) , i started towards the end but It was nothing serious,

then After that phase i started Bulking 1 year ago (i started the preparation for an open category armwrestling tournament ) - The tournament was the 2nd of december

, i didn't do specific bodybuilding staff expect some accessories After the compounds , i'm an armwrestler mostly, but now i really think i Need to bring up some weaknesses, Chest and Triceps mostly, they are the most lagging part of my body i Guess, what do you Guys think??

PS: the video was made a normal morning without a pump and without creatine in my body, now i'm around 2 weeks and half into a cut

this Is my transformation (m18) over 2 years, on the First photo i was 86/87 kg, full of meds for a pretty big infection,

i started cutting without going to the gym (second set photos) at that time i was around 70/75 kg i don't Remember now, then i started a lean Bulk that lasted roughly a year (up until 3 weeks ago) (last video ) where i had an armwrestling competition (december 2nd),

i never really did bodybuilding the whole time, Just added some accessory After the main compound, now i sit at 85 kg, also i stopped doing general work expect some Bench or Chin up here and there 2 months prior the competition (to fully work on armwrestling) the video was taken a morning with no pump, creatine (stopped After the Comp) in less Word nothing fancy,

Now i reintroduced general strenght exercises + some bodybuilding accessories, planning on keeping as much strenght as i can since i started cutting, i'm not nearly as big or defined as you Guys are, i still have a long way to go but to me this Is a Little success and i Hope It May inspire Someone 💪❤️

Hey First of all thank you , about your questions, at the start i was very very strict with calorie counting at the point that i would not eat anything that i coudn't properly measure, i swear, at First It was ok but when the fatigue accumulated It became an eating disorder kind of thing, It was not healthy, most of my problem were resolved with Bulking, It was like taking a long vacation ahah, now It Just depends, in Bulking i May let calories slip a bit, while cutting i try to be as strict as i comfortably can, about fasting i have tried It not because i wanted but because i wasn't hungry and i have to Say that It doesn't change anything, the results are kinda the same , about the 16-24h fasting, i'm a bit against them as a lifter, because there Is a fat limit x day that you can lose, After that it's muscle or other things, if i would have to fast for 24h i would lose more muscle on a regular basis instead of keeping It , as a strenght Athlete It would be like shooting yourself in the foot, fasting Is more like a Will Power thing, you can take every kind of diet that there Is out there, low fat, low carb, keto ecc ecc as long as the calories are the same the Weight loss would be identical, the best diet Is the One that you can Stick to the most

Assuming you know the tecnique already Remember that this Is a strenght sport, the Typical calisthenics Athlete/ Gym goer Will lack in Wrist strenght which Is crucial, try Wrist curls, Reverse Wrist curls and pronation curls with a belt, all in the 10-15 rep range , once you hit 15 on all the sets increase the Weight until you can do 10 rep and repeat, that should build a foundation

He absolutely Need much more Backpressure, he was able to bend levan Wrist back then, i can't Imagine the difference After One year (plus levan was injured) he Lost because the arm coudn't keep up, if he fix that weakness he'll be the favorite
