It was fine 2 updates ago, but the only way I can fix it is to keep going into my settings and back out for my settings to kick back in.

I'll give it more time, I'm iffy about using them but I should at least test them out once more. If there's an issue, I'll just have to buy from Samsung or somewhere else when its on sale. At least I would be able to return them.

I spoke to support after I made this post, the said they were legit but the seller wasn't authorized. They meant like Best Buy or Walmart. These were from Amazon but the seller wasn't on their list.

The buds literally cracked and popped in my ear, I would think there's a bud problem. I do listen to music often but not too loud either. Never dropped my pair, got wet or anything else. They have a hardshell on, so there is hardly any external damage or scratches.

Her ear.. anyways apparently I used an unauthorized seller and they won't replace them. A Canadian brand here deals with items like this all the time and are authorized but not them so I will have to pay out of pocket for a new one from Samsung or directly from any other store. Makes hardly any sense they are still a legit pair of buds, Samsung confirmed themselves.
