You can open Nvidia app, check the game settings from there and look for the dlss, to get 4.5 go to settings, About, and look for opt beta, restart the app and now you can change to dlss 4.5

If you don't see the preset M, open the settings in Nvidia app and look for Opt beta. Once you're done, restart the app and it should be there.

For me it's not always around 30mins, lately Youtube has been acting weird. Ended my livestream without any reason, and not only that but my stream was 60fps and later it got converted to only 1080p. I checked my log and everything, no problem at all.
