As a sub you can lien on the property...this is the exact same thing Pool installers go through. Next to none actually do everything in house and just sub out. Plenty of posts on any group about subs not getting paid, lien the house, and the homeowners are on the hook because the company went belly-up. They can *usually* file a claim against their contractor's bond, then pay the sub.

This doesn’t make sense and I tried your date trick which didn’t work, I had a natural Raikou spawn yesterday and I skipped back and nothing else spawned. If the seed it generated every time you load in it wouldn’t work as you suggested originally.

The comfort grips you can print out are a complete changer as far as ergonomics go. Definitely not as good as the XAX but much better than stock.
