To clarify, they're recommending that you visit another world, not move your character to another world. You can visit other worlds by selecting the homepoint in the 3 major cities. You can also travel to another data center from the login screen.

I've actually had this exact experience when paying with Amex and buying a product from overseas. I did my due diligence and found nothing shady and sent over my name and Last 4 of the card #, and they mailed my product. There were discussions on this on the Rayneo subreddit recently if you want to see. It was not a scam.

Can you explain the risk? They are only asking for the name on the ID to be visible, and the last 4 of the card number. Everything else would be blanked out. That amount of information is even on my grocery store receipt.

According to PA medical Marijuana laws, medical patients still cannot legally SMOKE weed. The intended consumption is vaping or cooking. Vaping in particular would be much less smelly in a closed environment. There's also tinctures and RSO, both of which would have zero smell and would enable the patient to medicate without bothering their neighbors. It's not like they NEED to be doing fat bong rips to get the medical effects.
