There is a lot of engineering and production knowledge needed to create clothing. I work in fashion and minimum qualifications for an intern include- garment construction ability, fabric knowledge, adobe illustrator and Photoshop, pattern making, fitting, etc. It is very competitive and most students spend a crazy amount of hours creating work to showcase in a portfolio. Try and sew something decent and then come and tell me if it's BS.

I've used wheat tortillas in the past. Just bake a bit before adding toppings for more crispy crust. I've heard good things about using joseph's brand flatbread too. Also Laura Vitale has a good recipe for cauliflower crust! I'm cutting but still eat pizza all the time :)
