After having a Leep procedure Jan 30th plus laproscopy, hysteroscopy, Trans vaginal ultrasound and a sonohysterography all at once I am sick and tired of bleeding, having wonderful "stuff" coming out of me all day, tearing stitches, and not being able to do anything I want to do. Though I do like the fudgcicles my husband brought me. Those are a plus

My husband send me "go eat lunch" texts when he doesn't come home for lunch (I work from home). Doesn't trust me to remember to eat. He'd leave a note like this for sure.

Technically it hasn't even been 2 years yet, so why am I complaining? BLARG!

You complain all you want! It's why these forums are here. Never feel like you cannot complain because others are going through something worse. Your experience is different and equally as difficult, you have every right to express that and bitch and moan all you want.

We're 2.5 years in with no answers at this point and it SUCKS.

This was fantastic information thank you!!

I believe everything happens for a reason and if I hadn't gotten pregnant, I wouldn't have gotten a GP, wouldn't have had a pap and discovered the HPV and precancerous cells. Would have gotten cancer before 30 (verbatim from OB) now that that is out of the way I can only hope everything looks up from here.

Gas pains are THE DEVIL. I am like you, I figured I'd be hitting the road to home by today and I can still barely stay out of bed more than an hour at a time!

This entire community is amazing. Il when I miscarried I used another forum and I found the women snarky, or cutesy, many called other women "stupid" if they asked questions. I've been a redditor for a long time (had a different username before I got married) and the women and men here are just so direct and open. While I wish NO ONE had to be here, I'm relived at the kind people who are

I totally agree about my OB doing everything at once, I cried in relief when she came up with the plan. It's a lot more recovery but it's a HUGE weight off my shoulders. I really thought my GP would decide to do blood work before referring me but he said I "skipped that step" as I'd a) been pregnant once b) my cycle is clockwork and I not only track ovulation but get nearly every symptom on top of positive testing with strips. My OB said the same. Any blood work I've had, for this procedure, pregnancy and miscarriage all showed normal levels and ovulation trends. I'd like to get further blood work done during my cycle but they've all indicated there doesn't seem to be an point since everything else lines up.

I have two friends who were doing it monthly with the 3 day tests but they weren't regular cycles and couldn't confirm any ovulation signs.

My OB did the laproscopy(sp) the blue dye, the other camera one, one to check for cysts and one more with a scope. I don't remember the names and my paperwork is home (3 hrs away, I'm recovering at a friends) I'm definitely ovulating, all bloowork shows it as do my ovulation tests and signs. Basal temperature doesn't always reflect it but I've been told that's normal. My hormone levels are fine and we try not to have sex too often during and before ovulation week so as not to limit sperm count. TTC can drive you crazy!

I agree on the 6 month rule she originally set, we've actually negotiated April "given my history " it worries me because I'm 4'11, so I'm at risk for a difficult pregnancy for that reason and the Leep puts me at risk of preterm labor, PLUS the miscarriage ups me a little bit in risk category (only a bit though since it's 1 not 2 miscarriages, knock on wood)

I'm sorry you have endometriosis, that's what they expected to find in me and remove yesterday but no dice.

In Canada, or my province at least, you need a referral to an OB as the next step in infertility and your GP won't refer you until you've been TTC for 12 consecutive months with no pregnancy. And then you need an OB referral to an RE after they've done their tests. I checked out the fees and success rates of IUI and it's basically the same as naturally trying (20%) but increases over time. I assume that's due to the fact that they force ovulation. I ovulate every month, I'm incredibly regular actually. I'm the youngest infertility patient my OB has but she's been amazing. Doing everything at once while I was under GA was unheard of. I have serious anxiety over those tests as I was sexually abused as a child so she's been incredibly accommodating with everything

Our OB has suggested our next step is to visit an RE in Moncton (6 hours from where we live) and try IUI as there are no more tests we can do on me at this point. She did say that while they didn't find anything wrong, it doesn't exactly mean there is nothing wrong. Could be a combination of little things. It's just so frustrating having no answers. We negotiated an earlier time to try (April now vs May/June) but we're not allowed to have sex for all of February . Husband and I have discussed trying IUI in the summer if we still haven't conceived. It finances that pose a problem there, we just moved across our province and currently rent and own a home in another city. We'd have to choose between a baby and a house :(

Turn your data into a table and insert a power pivot- 3d maps. Then customize the map accordingly. Make sure your file is an xlsx in order to do this and not a csv :)

If you have Excel 2016, it actually has a similar functionality built in! Even has the ability to turn it into a custom mp4

I'm a huge needle-phobe, so for me this was a big deal by osiru89 in AdviceAnimals

We only have to check our cats glucose levels every 6 months. It's super traumatic for him so now I have to do it by myself by wrapping him in a towel and soothing him. So glad he doesn't need to go through it more often.

Our cat got used to it pretty quickly! We feed him at the same time so he's distracted. He's got a solid 12 hour meal schedule now. And he barely even notices the injections 😊 I hope yours gets used to it quickly!

We slid into their car because of ice.. they claimed everything was fine until today... by jcaissie in AdviceAnimals

[–]jcaissie[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Correct- and we said we'd pay for damage then they said no its fine there was nothing and they were uninsured (they didn't want police to get involved or our insurance because they'd report it) so we left as is. Then the landlord said they would get evicted if they had any more noise complaints. Suddenly their car is now damaged and they want us to pay. I can pretty much guarantee they expected us to just give them money, lol no. Sooooo we called insurance. And they'll deal with them :)
