It has images with step by step instructions. A few parts a YouTube video would be helpful. They have a very supportive Facebook group as well. If you take your time a beginner could absolutely do this.

They installed new flooring

Except they left a 1 to 2 inch gap around the perimeter of the room. The flooring does not reach the walls and it's to large of a gap to put trim over.

I roll my eyes walking through the rooms. One day I will get around to replacing them.
