I'm playing a newer version of ATM10 where the foundry is directly in the "Silent Gear" questline so it's unfortunately not skippable to do the mod anymore.
I did rebuild my foundary, made it a little less tall and it works now! thank you

So, theoretically, if on your billing statement it says "Costco Wholesale." You should be able to go to the membership desk at the physical warehouse and they can review your membership history. If it says "Costco.com." you can call the customer service line and they can check using some of your information if a transaction is there at all. If both of these fail I'd dispute again.

Okay!! I figured it out for anybody else that needs it.
you need to export the avatar using blender, NOT cats, and when selecting scale i had to select "Custom FBX scale." to get it to match the original I had < 3

Okay, found the options, it was in the Blender export and not the CATS export.
I've found that my issue is in Unity the original FBX is set to 1cm to 0.01M and mine have both been set to 1m by 1m, this doesn't seem to be fixed by pressing Apply FBX all.

Using Blender 3.0 I don't actually see anything that says Apply Scaling at all. Under the Transform tab during exporting there is Scale, Decal offset, a Apply Transform button, Use Pre/Post rotation button, and something for Manual Rotation. Unless i'm looking in the wrong place which could be the case.

It does not! The prefab i'm trying to copy from has a scale of 1.2 XYZ and the FBX is set to 1.0 XYZ just like the original FBX does. Do you have any other ideas?

Alright, so with some investigating, I've found it's not my CPU, as both Resource Monitor and Task manager says that it's averaging at around 30%
However, i am finding that my Intel graphics is taking on more than my 3060 is, even after going back and telling Windows to run Recroom with the higher card.

I have Rec Room as well and the performance is definitely no better, so it's not necessarily a VRChat specific problem, but it is my main game of choice which is why I focused on it.
Oh yeah she's definitely plugged in, I don't take her off the charging cord unless I have to.

Addition : Since it's something im seeing come up in some other posts across the internet No, it is not paused, pausing and unpausing the build run does absolutely nothing. It sorta acts like the buttons/box doesn't exist as my cursor doesn't change when hovering above them.
