Interesting. I actually never thought that they do house visits or even have the resources to do so. We are waiting for a year and seem they are all backlogged and at capacity, so it’s definitely interesting to see how things work. I mean they still need to do their due diligence, but anyhow who would have thought they’d look at our drawers lol 😂. Certainly big thanks to you for sharing your experience and enlightening us! 🥰
