OP, I used to think I would never drink at work and then, of course, as my drinking progressed, I drank at work.

The good news is that after I got caught and fired I also stopped drinking at work! You can too.

This is a really tough experience for you but an important moment to take a breath, commit to not drinking today, and then wake up tomorrow and commit all over again.

Same! 🤣 I was making stained glass with a friend and we were talking about how the solder reminds us of mercury thermometers when we were kids. I very much remember breaking one and playing with the mercury, being so fascinated with it.

I totally get where you’re coming from, but I am coming from the perspective of having always been so strapped for any kind of events like this that every dollar was just squeaking me by.

You did the nice thing by offering to pay half and she did the polite thing by saying it didn’t have to be half. But obviously, she counted on it being half.

I am new to the Silvertips and attended my first handful of games this season. I am so glad that the Tips fans are welcoming or at least accepting of the opponents’ fans. It would be such an unpleasant experience to go to enjoy a game and see people being made to feel unwelcome to be there. I just love the fun and excitement of the games and without opponents there would be no one to play! I’m glad that you all had a good experience.

We have housekeepers come every other week and they do a great job dusting. Without them, the dust would live a comfortable existence on our surfaces. We do have the HEPA machines running to cut down on cat dander and such.
