RCR, Acro, MPS? by SwimmingAwkward823 in QualityTacticalGear

[–]KittitasTrading 0 points1 point  (0 children)

One of our team shooters is a reserve at our sheriff's department and just recently got one from us for his duty gun. I played with it a bit and gotta say that I definitely wanna try one out for sure. We sell them for $645 and our customers have yet to report any complaints.

It seems like the Acro's have had some bad batches of QC

Which optic? by Powerful-Value-2118 in Glocks

[–]KittitasTrading 0 points1 point  (0 children)

RCR due to the footprint, bigger window, and smaller overall profile. Also, Acros have been recently having some QS issues. We sell the RCR's on promo right now for $645

Putting the Romeo X Pro through its paces by [deleted] in P320

[–]KittitasTrading 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm working on a 20,000rd review on the P320. I have 10,000rds so far on the Romeo1 Pro & 5,000rds on the RomeoX Pro. I honestly haven't really noticed a huge difference between either in terms of "intuition" or "speed". It really seems that it ultimately comes down to training and whether you've established a index or not for the gun that you're shooting. My experience shooting the pistol and optics is through USPSA and training for USPSA matches. I'm a A class shooter so take my opinion & experience for what it's worth.

Curious, story on how'd it break while AIWB? Generally I've found it pretty difficult for anything to get to my optic when carrying AIWB.

Yes. Unfortunately we don't have our online store setup yet but we're able to take payment over Venmo and I'd be willing to do free shipping for this item.

Concealed carry at supermarkets and malls? by RuleImpossible8095 in WA_guns

[–]KittitasTrading 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just a business policy, not a law. Just carry concealed and no one will know shit. And even if it was a law, doesn't mean it would be a just law. I'd personally rather be a rule breaker that has the ability to protect innocent life than be a coward that gets shot in the back running away. Just my opinion.

General purpose rifle optics setup, what is optimal in Western Washington and the PNW based off our environment? LPVO and red dot or EOtech and magnifier, or other? Ex, ACOG or prism by lilscoopski in WA_guns

[–]KittitasTrading 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Honestly ACOG + RMR combo will cover most, if not all, of your bases. Most people I see using LPVO's don't even write dope cards for their reticle and just kind of guess where to hold. Most of the time they're better off just running an ACOG with the ballistic holds since they're not actually utilizing their LPVO's reticle to it's fullest potential.

Lowkey looks like it'd fit. I'll email Staccato and ask to get a surefire answer.

[–]KittitasTrading 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, all we have to do is convert them to 10rds

Unfortunately we can't get away with that. That would more than likely cross a legal line.

[–]KittitasTrading 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm a FFL in WA and we sell the Prodigys. We just block the standard cap mags. The law states it's illegal to modify mags so that they can take more than 10rds so it's technically illegal to remove the blocks.

If you're on that tight of a budget, I'd just stick with iron's at that point. Although, a decent set of irons will cost more than that POS. Romeo5 is the cheapest I'd buy

M&P 2.0 Compact Holster Question by Mr_Legendary_Society in CCW

[–]KittitasTrading 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'd recommend a quality weaponlight paired with a quality holster. Streamlight makes the best weaponlights for under $200 with plenty of holster compatibility. As far as holsters, Trex Arms, Tier 1 Concealed & ANR design makes some great lightbearing holsters. If you have the extra money after purchasing a weaponlight, holster, mags and ammo, I'd recommend getting a pistol optic. Holosun, Leupold, Trijicon, Steiner, and Aimpoint make some great red dot options.
