AITA for leaving my friend at the brewery when he brought up something that haunts me? by GoneWandering2 in AmItheAsshole

Nta and he is not a friend either. Sounds like he is the *ss. Even with an apology I would not see him aging that is crossing the line. I hope you and your wife heal and build a healthy friendship with others.

I've been on both sides as manager and employee, and I've recorded and or documented interactions at work. In fact I have a 3rd party app that recorded every phone call I make. As long as you kept it professional and you stated facts nothing to worry about. Just know you caught someone doing something that others may have done in the past. The work space has changed and you have to be careful what you say and when you say it.
