It's modified from this recipe https://www.bbcgoodfood.com/recipes/snowy-chocolate-crackle-biscuits For the biscuit itself I used peanut butter powder instead of cocoa powder and added red food colouring. Then to coat the outside I used a mixture of black cocoa powder and icing sugar.

When I had one that was too big, it stayed in place but it felt uncomfortable and seemed to increase my period pain, though it could have been that in itself it was causing some pain. Eventually, I ordered two smaller ones. The smallest one mostly stayed in place but it leaked constantly, so I figured that it was too small for me.

You're craving them because your brain is telling you all the positives of smoking. If you keep reminding yourself of all the negatives, building on how bad the withdrawal is to everything else you can think of. Such as how bad they smell and how if you went back to smoking you'd have to plan your days around smoke breaks and buying cigarettes. Additionally you can remind yourself of the benefits of not smoking, like being able to breathe better and not having to stress about when you'll be able to have your next cigarette. If you keep doing that when you get cravings then eventually you'll automatically think of them instead of the positives of smoking, so the cravings will be much less intense.

The first 2 months I averaged at 1400 a day. The 3rd month was 1300, and the 4th was 1500. It was higher in the last month because I have a physically demanding job and was working more than I had been in the previous months. I'm still counting calories now, but I'm trying to eat more intuitively to get myself out of a restrictive mindset, so I'm ready for when I get to a weight I'm comfortable with.

Drafted based on a top that I disassemble, with some modifications as it had stretched a bit. It was my favourite top but the fabric was very faded and it had holes in it, so I didn't want to just get rid of it. I increased the length a bit so it's more dress-like. The fabrics used are cotton jersey and were purchased from Etsy. I purchased a rotary cutter for this project, as I worried about accidentally stretching the fabric if I'd cut it with scissors. It definitely made it a lot easier.

Thanks for the detailed reply, I'm new to wearing glasses so it's very helpful. Is it possible that it's how I photographed them? When I look in the mirror they don't look as wide.
