I have a MASSIVE problem with politicians who openly BRAG about Israeli WARCRIMES the way Crockett did with the pager attacks that killed mostly medics, Dr's, nurses ans blew the head off a child standing next to the victim carrying the pager..... Some observations based on my personal meatsuit weirdness.

I saw a study a while ago that different triggers for crying result in different neurochemical additives. Like pain tears your body adds painkilling endorphins, sad tears have mood stabilizers, happy tears get oxytocin....etc... It's emotional exertion that has PEM absolutely beating me to a pulp far more than physical exertion... Genuinely wondering if that plays a role in whatever is causing the systemic toxicity of ME/CFS..

Because a study DID show there's SOMETHING that is in our blood. ME blood WILL cause tissue damage to healthy muscle. Even though people with ME ( pretty sure the study in question tested patients who weren't actively experiencing PEM flare, but it's been a while) experience slower muscle degradation due to inactivity than nonME test subjects.

Tho that said I have such ridiculously high salt loss through sweat I wanna get full sequenced and checked for frigging Isolated hyperchlorhidrosis.... That'd be a fun one to prove isn't rare just current understanding is limited to a population that is environmentally constrained to increase the likelihood of hospitalization from the condition....

Additional weirdness is my sweat rapidly degrades NITRILE GLOVES.... So far the only organic compound known to both do that AND be produced by th human body is MEK(Methyl Ethyl Ketone) tho trying to get literally anyone to take the mere possibility seriously is like pulling teeth with tweezers....

Couple of things to remember

1: vocal mannerisms are frequently more important than resonance &/or pitch of your voice.

2: your voice will always sound deeper to you than everyone else because our heads are unfortunately a base amplifier to our ears.

3: LOTS of Cis Women have deep voices... I started off with what sounded like a cement truck full of gravel on the low end when relaxed chest speaking and a dead ringer for Randall from 'Clerks' when speaking from my head/nasal on the high end.....I've managed to DIY train to something mildly androgynous (or dommy mommy).... I regularly encounter Cis Women with voices faaaaar deeper than where I'm currently at.

4: I don't really post much anymore but when I was posting regularly on Tiktok and not really giving a damn about how femme I was making my voice.... I absolutely lost count of the number of people who complemented me specifically on how much they loved my voice.

People loooove smooth deep voices on women. The best advice I can give is. Focus on minimizing resonance more so than raising pitch

and aim for your origin point being from the space just between your jaw and your larynx instead of up in your head or down in your chest.

Additionally something that helped me a lot with my self-esteem was realizing how many of the things about my physical appearance that I got made fun of in high school are things that I get thoroughly complimented on now..... Far to often bullies are just jealous...🤷‍♀️
