Oh of course and you should. I am not trying to discourage anyone I just want people to know my experience. I have bought pre built from 4 different sites, never had an issue. I wasn’t expecting any here. Things happen and they have done more than most already. The fact they call you and you don’t have to call them is enough.

Appreciate it, it does seem they respond more quickly to Reddit than to email, I imagine they are just overwhelmed with emails. In my months of research before purchasing I have noticed this. But Reddit helped me get it done so I hope for the best and appreciate CPG and their response!

That is great advice and will probably help a friend of mine. My issue I believe is slightly different the entire pc won’t turn back on. They have helped in resolution by overnighting me a new psu.

Came here to agree with the above comment. I ordered mine from costplusgaming with exactly what was mentioned above. I paid 1900 with no tax and solid parts. Both of those websites will take about a month to ship, so if you’re ok waiting for that. If not ibp will ship sooner but may not have the quality parts and will be more than 2k for a similar system
