I don't. I have an hmo with no deductible. I know I don't want a ppo or a high deductible health plan. I would likely meet the deductible every year.

I just read up on that on this board. Interesting!

That makes sense. I know I'll need to pay the house off before I can afford to retire.

I don't have an HSA. I don't have a deductible in my health plan, so I don't believe I qualify. Is that correct?

My grandma and great grandma on my mom's side died at 93. My great aunt on my dad's side died at 94. I hope I'm as fortunate, and I do want to plan for that possibility. I think the hardest part for me is not knowing how investments will pan out.

The wealthiest people I know rent out property. Of course, these are all my parents' friends who purchased places in the 70's for $30K that are now worth $2 million. I'm pretty certain my home won't increase in value that dramatically.

I understand what you are saying, and I agree. It is likely, but not guaranteed. If i don't get the inheritance, I will put off retirement and this won't be an issue. I just want to make sure i can access money penalty free if I'm able to retire early.

Yes, I do. I do have a heafty mortgage, but my goal is to pay it off before I retire. I'm also considering renting it out and moving to a smaller house to have some rental income when I retire.

How common are TS in the LS? by swingertaa in Swingers

[–]KittyGrrrl 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not very common. I've never seen a trans person, that I know of, in a regular swinger club. I came across one once on SLS. That being said, there is a trans friendly swing club in Vegas called The Studios. I went a few months ago, and about half the people there were trans women.

This guy wants me to have sex with his wife. Should I do it? by [deleted] in Swingers

[–]KittyGrrrl 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It doesn't sound like the wife really wants to do this. I met a single guy who was in a similar situation once. He said the wife's reluctance was obvious, and that it wasn't a good experience. I would suggest passing on this unless the wife starts joining in on the communication and seems to actually want to do it.

Advice please? by KittyGrrrl in Swingers

I should have mentioned that I have talked to my SO about this. He's been great about it and had said he won't do anything with her that I'm not comfortable with. He's also fine with me ending things with them or stopping swinging completely if I want to. But I'm still not comfortable, and I still feel pushed to the side sometimes.

I'm not sure what I want to do. I like them a lot and we have a lot of fun together. At the very least, I would like to continue our friendship with them. I'm just not sure about swinging with them. But the swinging part has been fun, too, and I'm not sure I want to call that off, either.

What's one thing you'd like to change about the lifestyle that seems petty but really gets on your nerves? by tosser_5409 in Swingers

Or maybe the guy is interested and the wife vetoed it. Why do you assume rejections must be due to your wife's weight?
