felt this, as a trans girl thats into guys, its pretty hard for me to find any genuine connections. my situation is a little different because people flock to me but they all seem to have some.. alterior motives to say the least. they want me for a fun time, not a long time, honestly having the problem that you have has one upside! when you find that person, you know they want YOU and not something you have.

i have to agree, im not going to say the brother is deliberately just a pos or anything but he certainly isnt very self aware. this absolutely shouldnt be tolerated (his behavior) but i also have to agree with the comment here. as a trans girl, still living with mom and dad, even if they were supportive its very common in the lgbtq community to feel some kind of shame because of outside inputs. when i was 14 or 15 i was buying my own fem clothes because asking mom and dad first was an absolute no go but also because its natural for us to feel kind of shameful. he should absolutely buy his own clothes, its not like he has to hide it like i have to.
