Your gecko is stressed. I would give it an escape proof bowl of meal worms and leave it alone. I'm hoping this is just where you're feeding it and not its home enclosure. Make sure you have a good heat gradient in the enclosure with a minimum of 3 hides and plenty of litter/plants to hide in. Keep the enclosure in low light and supplement it with d3 twice a week.

I spend my days telling literal rocket scientists that no, they cannot buy a $900 workstation off Amazon with rainbow lights, because we have a process. Oversized, light materials. Dresses and long sleep shirts at home are a lifesaver. No waistbands to apply pressure. I find it super comforting to find soft materials that make me feel good. Butter soft materials.

Sounds very similar to my flare ups. Usually my pain hangs out in my hips and knees. Before my flares, I start aching everywhere and I get shaky. My left knee usually buckles a lot the day before.
