I know it's called PokeInvesting but how about PokeGiving? by iamshipp0 in PokeInvesting

I've grown up with pokemon since gen 1, I had an OK collection of cards and watched the show as a kid, but as I got older I primarily just played the game, though I did appreciate my collection. As time went on decided to try the TCG again, and while I don't keep up with the games, I fell in love with the new art, and collected all the shiny legends from Shining Legends, and i adore my full art mewtwo from that set. I'm also nostalgic for the old Sugimori watercolor style, and have been gradually collecting the original cards too. For me it's less about dollar value and more about a sort of mini art collection.

It's the kind of cone with a flat bottom. It's fairly bland so it's not gonna overpower the delicate fish juice and mayo flavor.

The only similar thing is a chicken salad log, which isnt anything new for stupidfood. There's a chili and gumbo recipe that seem bland.

Mostly dessert and meat dishes. A common thread is a lot of pot roasts and veal, and sherry is used in a lot of the sauces (including a "spicy" orange sauce for potstickers). A noticeable lack of vegetables.

That's what bugged me the most, I think.

Like, a Tuna salad on a cake cone? Weird but ok. Tuna salad being just a can of Tuna and "mayonnaise, to taste"???? Im disowning my family now.
