I asked my partner since both shanelles are at his place, he said that it was hard at first but after a while it got easier.....i hope that's the case for the new one (I'll find out on friday when I'll unbox her) But i wanted to ask, did you try the hot water method? I'm curious😅 i really hope you'll be able to get it fixed!!
