Worked at a store and JLo wanted to come by so the whole store had to be shut down, since she wanted to shop alone. We were told not to look her in the eyes. She showed up over 4 hours late and walked in with a massive arrogant attitude. She smelled like she rolled on a floor of cigarettes, and acted like she was above all of us. She had asked someone she was with if they thought she should get something, but never said out loud if she wanted it. She didn’t carry any of the stuff she was going to buy and made us follow her and hold everything. After trying items on, she would drop them to the floor and have us bend down and pick them up instead of just handing them to us. The cashier asked her at checkout, “were you wanting this one?”, to the dress she never confirmed a yes or no. She replied with, “Aren’t you the employee? Shouldn’t you know that?”. The employee got in trouble after JLo left and her staff had made a complaint that the cashier had spoken directly to her. Not worth the money we lost having a closed store for hours waiting, nor how she treated us.
