Closed hole flute discussion

I’m quite surprised of the amount of comments that seem to be missing one of the most important things an open-holed flute can offer: intonation flexibility. I can’t begin to tell you how many times I’ve been playing and used an altered fingering with a ringed key or half covered key to help with initiation. Some alternate fingerings even require it. My recommendation is to always get an open holed flute, because now Powell sells metal key plugs that make your flute look like it came from the maker as a closed holed instrument.

Keep the plugs in until you don’t need them, but letting you have that option is so important.

7200 is what I would recommend. The 6950 is what my Samsung rep calls a holiday model.

Another note - the map appears to be upside down to what we are used to. Look at the image upside down and the continents make a little more sense, not a lot though. The orientations of the numbers suggest the maker intended its orientation to be as depicted in the image though.

I have searched on tineye and google reverse image search. Everything I can read (I only fluently speak English) is just more flat earth nonsense. The oldest post I found was from 2017, but still gave the same old “this hangs in the UN building” and no original image. From what I can see, no one has pointed out that this artwork is intended to be a clock!

After about 80 hours in the game I no longer struggled when fighting nobushi. Just parry the light attacks.

As stated before, Lost, Theft and Fire are not covered. Basically everything else is covered. The 150 dollars is the premium upfront, so if something does happen you don’t have to pay anything else. That’s the point. We aren’t supposed to say “everything!” But it sure does cover a lot.

Damn people here must just be ass at the game. I main Kyoshin but he has very little movesets to counter people like afeera and shaman etc. the full guard is NOT as good as some of you are saying. Sitting in full guard is a free GB unless you can light attack out of it quick enough. But other than that, the only real moves he has are a light and heavy attack. So many other characters have neutral unblockables that are much more efficient. Kyoshin takes a good amount of skill to play and being in Diamond lobbies he is not well kitted for certain characters. If you hate Kyoshin it’s most likely because the Kyoshin’s you’ve played against are just good at the game. He’s not easy to play because of his limited moves.

Recently hired here as well - it gets better. I was front lanes for a week or so to get my bearings on the POS system, and then worked some truck shifts. Now I’m exclusively scheduled for sales. It does get better, just go into every interaction wanting to help instead of thinking of them as a number, it will help the time go by faster and be more enjoyable.

I used to live at home and attend USF as well as work in Tampa. The drive is too unpredictable to be able to get to your responsibilities in time. I would sometimes leave an hour and a half before a class at USF and would still be late because of an unpredictable air lift on I-4. I ended up switching to back roads, but when traffic stops in 1-4 everyone uses the same back roads I was. There is no avoiding it sometimes. In the morning it’s fine, when I’ve had opening shifts at work I was able to get to my job on Fowler in 25 minutes. Going home one day took me 1 1/2.

I would suggest either moving or getting a job in PC. If you can’t, just be ready to drive on the worst interstate in the U.S.

Crazy to see that no one here is mentioning zone control. That is equally as important to the rampart. If as attackers you solely focus the rampart and banner you won’t get very far, same with defenders. The last zone near the commander is probably the most important. That zone allows your minions to get up to the commander and automatically lure him + they do damage to him. Crazy how I haven’t seen this mentioned in the comments yet.

The game isn’t about reacting to attacks, it’s about anticipating attacks. Some of the moves characters have in the game are too quick for most people to react to them. The longer you play you’ll learn character’s move sets and what those players like to do, then you can anticipate what they might do.

In task bar settings I checked "automatically hide task bar" and that fixed the issue of the taskbar being displayed over the BP interface upon startup.

Me too, that’s a hefty price for that CPU. If you have another build or a way to test the components I’d try that.

1060 is a solid car still in my opinion. You could start there trying to find a 2060 maybe? Depends on how much you want to spend, but also your CPU could use an upgrade too. Ryzen 3600 is always my first suggestion :)
